All completed transactions had similar characteristics:
- Entrepreneurs monetized some or all of their wealth tied up in their businesses.
- Shareholders sold significant minority or full ownership to Private Equity (PE) firms at market-leading Enterprise Values (EV).
- A combination of significant equity from PEs and optimum leverage, provided the best capital outcome for selling shareholders and acquiring PEs.

LBO of the largest majority Canadian-owned network of dental practices. PE firm made a significant minority investment to fund growth and distribute capital to shareholders.
